How Rob-Bilt POLE BARNS Are Built

CCA/MCA treated poles are standard set on 10 foot centers and a 2×6 treated bottom plate.
Engineered factory made trusses standard and set on 5 foot centers for maximum strength and value.
2×4 roof purlins set 2 ft apart and 2×6 wall girts 2 ft apart as well.
Our pole barns provide free-span widths up to 65 feet and outside wall heights up to 18 feet in any barn length.
Galvalume or colored metal in your choice of 29 or 26 gauge are standard.
Rob-Bilt can construct leans/sheds/porches up to 23’ clear-span running the length of the barn.
We offer insulation, windows, skylights, dutch doors, horse windows, ridge vents, gable vents, cupolas, walk doors, sliding doors from 4-20 feet wide, soffit and wainscot.
We do not install overhead/roll-up doors but will provide the opening trimmed out. Buildings can be made gutter-ready but we do not install guttering.
Rob-Bilt screws on all metal and rat guard trim is standard.

Wind and weather play a huge role in how a pole barn is built and the materials used to build it. We use more bracing than other builders because we understand the extreme weather the Southwest is known for.

A Rob-Bilt building is constructed with either 29 or 26 gauge American made metal with ⅝” rib depth and 9” centers. We use solid 5”x5”, 6”x6” pressure treated, and nail-lam poles for quality you can see at a value you can feel.
